Specific kit for the qualitative, rapid and specific detection of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae (PSA) in plant samples of the Actinidia genus.

Tomato leaf curl New Delhi (ToLCNDV), è un virus trasmesso dalla mosca bianca del tabacco (Bemisia tabaci) che causa gravi perdite economiche, in particolare nelle colture di solanacee.
ToLCNDV was first detected on tomato plants in India, while in Italy it has recently been reported on various Solanaceae crops, such as tomatoes and eggplants, and Cucurbitaceae crops, particularly courgettes, seriously compromising their production.
ToLCNDV causes symptoms that include yellow mosaic, leaf curling, swollen veins, and plant stunting. If infection occurs early, plant growth is significantly affected, if not completely compromised.
Due to the serious damage it causes, ToLCNDV has been included in the “Alert List” of the EPPO (European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization) to help member states manage the phytosanitary emergencies it causes.

To perform rapid DNA extraction and specific gene amplification with LAMP technology
Contains all information relating to the kit, including the lot number and expiration date
With real-time results of ToLCNDV research in the analyzed plant samples
The system allows for automatic interpretation of results, real-time visualization, and online availability. Sigmoid curves corresponding to positive (+) samples indicate the presence of ToLCNDV. Straight lines indicate that the analyzed samples are negative (o) for ToLCNDV.
