Device Description

WITH ICGENE PLUS, YOU CAN RUN 48 TESTS AT THE SAME TIME IN GROUPS OF 12 TESTS.

Of our three devices, ICGENE Plus One è stato realizzato per rispondere alle esigenze di alta produttività e flessibilità dei laboratori. ICGENE Plus One esegue tutti gli step necessari per l’amplificazione isotermica degli acidi nucleici, con rivelazione in Real Time dell’analisi in fluorescenza, interpretazione automatica dei dati e visualizzazione degli stessi su tablet associato.
Il sistema consente l’analisi simultanea fino a 48 test della stessa tipologia oppure, l’esecuzione fino a 4 tipi di test diversi tra loro in gruppi da 12. Il tempo richiesto di analisi è generalmente compreso tra i 30 ed i 60 minuti ed è funzione del tipo di kit. L’integrazione della tecnologia RFID, consente l’identificazione automatica degli operatori (fino a 4 contemporaneamente attivi) e del tipo di kit da utilizzare.
The audit trail, together with the results, provides complete traceability of tests. The device is operated through a user-friendly interface of Android or IOS application preinstalled on a designated tablet and provided by us as part of the system.

 

The same app is also available for smartphones. The results are available on tablets or smartphones. Data can also be manged directly on the web with the ICGENE WEB platform.

Automatic interpretation of results

The system allows automatic interpretation of the results, real-time visualization and online availability. The sigmoid curves in correspondence with the positive samples (+) they indicate the presence of what is being sought. The straight indicate that the samples analyzed are negative (o) for the specific test .
