Specific kit for the qualitative, rapid and specific detection of sheep's milk in food matrices of milk-based products and on work surfaces

The milk and dairy product supply chain is characterized by a range of fresh and processed products, varying in terms of the type of milk and processing.

Some of these, precisely because of their particular characteristics, are also protected by strict production regulations.

To protect these excellent products, and honest food producers, and to limit fraud, adulteration, and counterfeiting, there is an increasing need to analytically authenticate milk and its derivatives.

For these operators, for large-scale retail trade, and for anyone involved in the supply chain, specific DNA identification kits for different types of milk have been developed to verify the conformity of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final products, and to monitor work surfaces.
