Kit Description


Specific kit for the qualitative, rapid and specific detection of Goat (Capra hircus) in food matrices of meat products and work surfaces

The meat supply chain is characterized by a range of products that differ in terms of raw material type, processing method, or preservation.

For operators in this supply chain, for large-scale retail trade, and for all those interested in genetic traceability, several DNA identification kits specific to different types of meat have been developed.

Automatic interpretation of results

The system allows automatic interpretation of the results, real-time visualization and online availability. The sigmoid curves sigmoid curves in correspondence with the positive (+) samples indicate the presence of Capra. The straight indicate that the analyzed samples are negative (or) for Capra.
