Specific kit for the qualitative, rapid and specific detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in clear water samples.

Legionella are present in natural and artificial aquatic environments: spring waters, including thermal waters, rivers, lakes, mud baths, etc.
From these environments they reach artificial ones such as city pipes and building water systems, such as tanks, pipes, fountains and swimming pools, which can act as amplifiers and disseminators of the microorganism, creating a potential risk situation for human health. The genus Legionella includes several species and serogroups, but not all have been associated with cases of disease in humans.
Legionella pneumophila is the species most frequently detected in diagnosed clinical cases. The environmental matrices generally used for the detection of Legionella in environmental samples are: water, sediment, and biofilm.
Two distinct test kits are available: one for the specific detection of Legionella spp, the other for the determination of Legionella pneumophila.
Sono disponibili due distinti kit di indagine: uno per la ricerca specifica della Legionella spp, l’altro per la determinazione della Legionella pneumophila.

With real-time results of the search for Legionella spp. n the analyzed water samples
The system allows for automatic interpretation of results, real-time viewing, and online availability. Sigmoid curves corresponding to positive (+) samples indicate the presence of Legionella spp. Straight lines indicate that the analyzed samples are negative (o) for Legionella spp.
