Specific kit for the qualitative, rapid and specific detection of Salmonella spp. in water samples.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a microorganism characterized by a high capacity for adaptation. It is found in surface water, wastewater, marine water, and in general in all humid environments. It represents one of the microorganisms typical of biofilms.
It is a purely environmental microorganism and therefore also detectable in groundwater and drinking water where it can be found in widely varying concentrations.
In particular, it is easily detectable in conditions of stagnant water and is able to install itself in tanks, tap aerators and domestic equipment for the treatment of drinking water, reaching high bacterial loads.
Generally, P. aeruginosa is detected in chlorinated water when the residual chlorine concentration is less than 1 mg/L. Its presence is generally considered an indicator of poor packaging procedures for water sold in bottles or containers where, if present, it is capable of multiplying*.

With real-time results of the search for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the analyzed water samples
The system allows for automatic interpretation of results, real-time visualization, and online availability. Sigmoid curves corresponding to positive (+) samples indicate the presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Straight lines indicate that the analyzed samples are negative (o) for Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
