The overall objective of the project is to identify, recover, characterize, and enhance some of the edible plants of the Sicilian spontaneous flora suitable for human consumption, through the development and application of new technologies and new protocols for the industrial production of seeds and the domestic production of germinated seedlings intended for fresh consumption.
