Specific kit for the qualitative, rapid and specific detection of E.coli O157:H7 in samples of water for human use, mineral water and irrigation water.

Staphylococcus aureus is a microorganism known to cause a wide range of infections; it is also widely distributed in environments such as water, soil, and food. One of its main characteristics is its ability to form biofilms, which, together with its resistance to various treatments, makes it a pathogen of significant health concern.
In drinking water monitoring, Staphylococcus aureus is a key indicator of contamination. Thanks to its resistance to chlorine, it can be used as an indicator of the effectiveness of water treatment. When staphylococci colonize the distribution network, they can grow inside tanks, aerators, and household water purifiers, where they can reach high bacterial counts and, in some cases, produce significant quantities of enterotoxins. Ingestion of water contaminated by Staphylococcus aureus can cause gastrointestinal infections, skin infections, wound infections, urinary tract infections, and other conditions.
According to the Ministerial Decree of 10 February 2015, which establishes the criteria for evaluating the characteristics of natural mineral waters, Staphylococcus aureus must be completely absent in 250 mL of mineral water

With real-time results of the search for Legionella spp. n the analyzed water samples
The system allows for automatic interpretation of results, real-time viewing, and online availability. Sigmoid curves corresponding to positive (+) samples indicate the presence of Staphylococcus aureus. Straight lines indicate that the analyzed samples are negative (o) for Staphylococcus aureus.
